In an effort to keep all stakeholders aware of how the counseling program impacts the school, I will be uploading a break down of the amount of time I spend on services throughout the school year.

Here is the breakdown for August-September:

Classroom Guidance

# of students served in guidance class – 481

Time spent teaching guidance classes – 4,600 minutes

Individual Counseling

# of students served with individual counseling – 13 students

Time spent on individual counseling – approx. 340 minutes

Small Group Counseling

# of students served in small group counseling – 14

Time spent on individual counseling – approx. 90 minutes

Parent Contact

# of parents contacted/worked with – 9 parents

Time spent on parent contact – approx. 195 minutes
